Liverpool builders: The people you work with certainly make a difference, so we’d like to introduce them to you. Our Management Team is led by two brothers, Dean and Joseph Grady. Supporting the Management Team is John Devine who provides logistical expertise and comes with a wealth of experience in renovations, extensions and new build properties, spanning over 35 years. Also supporting the Management team are specialist consultants, Emily and Jeanette Grady. With over 15 years as a business director and 10 years in property management, letting and sales, Emily provides specialist design and strategy services to the Management Team. Completing the Management Team is Jeanette who, with over 25 years in housing, provides expert advice and guidance on new builds.

Director of Design, Development and Strategy

As an experienced modern business director with over 10 years experience, Joseph occupies the role of Director of Design, Development and Strategy. With a strong corporate background, Joseph is ultimately responsible for client engagement, design and planning projects and delivering the overall strategy of the business.

Dean Grady

Director of Service Operations

As a joiner and multi-trade specialist with over 25 years experience, Dean occupies the role of Director of Service Operations which encompasses managing the delivery of all construction services. In this role, Dean is ultimately responsible for all contractor and sub-contractor works as well as overall Quality and Assurance of services.
