An example of liaising with a multitude of partners was during our recent works for our client Kexgill (Liverpool). Whilst we were operating as main building contractor, Kexgill operated as Principal Contractor and as such, delegated responsibility to Higrade to liaise and schedule works in with client identified sub-contractors. This delegation involved planning and collaboration with all finishing trades, painters, floor layers, carpet fitters and furniture and kitchen installers. We have the skills to be able to manage this level of complex project management and make sure the works are completed to time.
