We work with clients across the 5 stages of construction:

1.  Design-build team selection. We work with clients to assign in the selection of their power team, responsible for the end-to-end design-build.
2. Pre-construction planning. We review, analyse and feedback to the client on the buildability of the project and the regulations which need to be met. This stage requires complete transparency between the design-build team.
3. Architectural design and functionality. Working directly to the client, we manage the team in providing drawings, costs and timeframe schedule, ensuring our designs meet planning consent and buildings regulations.
4. Construction stage. Whether as Principal Contractor, Contractor or Subcontractor, our teams work collaboratively with partners to comprehensively deliver construction projects in accordance with timeframe and costs.
5. Post-construction stage. We see this as a real point of continuous improvement. It is during this stage that we review and measure the success of our projects against the overall aims and objectives, to ensure transparent feedback and learning for our design-build team. We endeavour to give the client assurance with a significant defect period and open line of communication to our directors post completion works.
