This project scope was to turn an old estate agents office into a 21st century beauty salon.

The team were able to rip out all of the existing walls and ceilings, the next task carried out was to self-level and tile the full salon with a beautiful new tile scheme as specified by our client as this was a design and build project our team liaised well with our client to produce an absolutely stunning space.

The finished project has:

• 5 x hairdressing stations
• 6 x make up stations
• 8 x nail stations
• 2 x beauty rooms
• 1 x new staff kitchen and wc room

New fully integrated sound system

Design & Build contract (JCT) with private client with a scope to convert former . JCT contract £110,000 to deliver refurbishment over a 4 month period. Project started in January 2021 and finished in June 2021, when all apartments were immediately let. The End-state property value soared to £345,000, giving an annual return of £46,431 (217% higher than the previous occupancy set-up).
